Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, public holidays, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track your parcel using the provided tracking number via our courier partner’s website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at nuproject.mktg@gmail.com with your order details.
  • For lost packages, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
